Robert Jeffs, who was recently picked as a special administrator of the late actor's estate, says that there won't be a funeral as stipulated in the actor's 2005 will.

AceShowbiz - A Utah Judge has appointed Robert Jeffs as a special administrator of Gary Coleman's estate until the validity of Coleman's ex-wife Shannon Price and a woman named in his third will Anna Gray's claims could be determined. On Wednesday, June 16, Jeffs told Associate Press that Coleman's 2005 will specifies that there should be no funeral services for the late actor.

Jeffs further said that Coleman wanted to be cremated and the judge has ordered him to arrange the late actor's wish as soon as Gray can make it to Utah from her home in Portland so that she can view his body. He also stated that Coleman's ashes and property will be securely stored until a final determination is made on an estate executor.

In his 1999 will, which names Dion Mial as the estate executor, Coleman banned anyone with a financial interest in his estate from attending his funeral. The papers state, "(The funeral will be open to) those who have no financial ties to me and who can look each other in the eyes and say they really cared personally for Gary Coleman. I direct my personal representative to permit no members of the press to be present at my wake or funeral."

Gary Coleman's remains are at a Utah mortuary, awaiting direction about what happens to the body. Meanwhile, his ex-wife Shannon Price still hopes to have a memorial for the actor. Her spokeswoman Shielia Erickson told E! News, "We would love to have a private funeral for family and friends. Shannon has been in bed all day. This is just too much for her. She did not see Gary today. She has been mourning him, though."

While Erickson didn't say if Price planned to see Coleman's remains before the cremation, she stated that Price has been in deep mourning. "She said to me quote, 'Remember when Gary said to you, that he never wanted to be without me, I want to be with him after this life. I always want to be with him. I will never love again!' She is such a kind person, that loves her Gary Coleman," Erickson said. "They may have had issues at times. But they really did love each other."
