AceShowbiz - Few days shy of its U.S. release, "Get Him to the Greek" has got its red carpet treatment as Universal Pictures held the premiere for the film in Los Angeles on Tuesday, May 25. Using the Greek Theatre in California as the venue, the event had lead actor Russell Brand among the attendees.

Suited in all white outfit, the depicter of British rocker Aldous Snow did not pose alongside his co-star Jonah Hill. Instead, he brought his girlfriend Katy Perry as his companion. Coming to the screening, the songstress donned a silver gown, which shows off her legs, paired with purple shoes.

Brand and Perry were not the only couple who graced the red carpet that night as Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens also attended the premiere. Efron is waiting for the release of his own film "Charlie St. Cloud" on July 30. Hudgens' "Beastly" was originally slated to arrive the same day but it has been announced out of the slot without new date mentioned.

Beside the two young stars, another celebrity guest seen supporting the special screening was Kristen Bell. The actress who came solo opted to wear a brown shirt matched with black jacket and white pants.

"Get Him to the Greek" follows a record-company intern Aaron Green who is hired to get an out-of-control rock star Aldous Snow from London to a gig at Los Angeles' Greek Theatre. While performing the job, he is introduced to an out-of-control life of hookers and blow. Directed by "Forgetting Sarah Marshall" helmer Nicholas Stoller, the upcoming comedy will open wide in U.S. theaters on June 4.
