Miley Cyrus Makes a Duet With Iyaz

'I like to be different,' Iyaz says of his decision to record a joint track with the 'Hannah Montana' star.

AceShowbiz - Miley Cyrus recently teamed up with rising star Iyaz for a duet. According to the rapper, his duet with the Disney star will be performed in an episode of "The Oprah Winfrey Show" and the collaborative project came unexpectedly.

In further statement, the "Replay" hitmaker said he couldn't believe they "pulled it off". On his decision of joining forces with Miley, he explained that he doesn't like to do things that people had done before, saying "I like to be different."

Rumor has it, the duet track will be included in Miley Cyrus' new studio album tentatively titled "I Can't Be Tamed" which will be released later this year. In the meantime, there hasn't been official statement about that matter.

Iyaz himself is also readying a debut album "My Life". He already has two singles coming out for fans' listening pleasure. One is his claim-fame song called "Replay" which peaked at No. 2 on Billboard Hot 100 and ruled U.K. singles chart, and the other is titled "Solo" which has climbed to No. 39 in the U.S. singles chart.
