In 'Miss Mystic Falls', Damon tries to get Stefan to confess that he is back on human blood after half-a century fasting from it.

AceShowbiz - Two scenes are clipped from the upcoming episode of "The Vampire Diaries". The first one gives the spotlight to a conversation between Anna and Damon about the robbery in blood bank while the second one is a small talk between Stefan and Damon about the former's craving for human blood.
According to the official synopsis from The CW, Damon discovers that Stefan is hiding a dangerous secret that could impact everyone in town. The preview for the particular episode also showed a wild Stefan biting to a woman's neck. However, Stefan tells his brother that he's "clean".
Also in the April 22 episode, at the Founder's Day Gala, Elena and Caroline compete for the title of "Miss Mystic Falls" against other girls from town, including Tina Fell and Amber Bradley. Elena is happy to have Bonnie back in town, but Bonnie still has issues to work through. John Gilbert attempts to intimidate Damon, but his plan doesn't have the desired effect.
Beside the two clips, The CW has also compiled scenes from the last three episodes left in season one. It says the finale will make "your blood run cold".
