AceShowbiz - New on-set pictures from "The Tourist" have surfaced. Taken from the production on the Grand Canal in Venice, Italy on late Monday, April 12, the photos show Johnny Depp and Angelina Jolie on a Motoscafo boat.
Wearing a blue shirt paired with matching black pants, the lead actor was handcuffed. Meanwhile, Jolie who wrapped herself up in a black jacket during the night shooting was spotted standing behind the steer of the boat.
Depp and Jolie have been filming "The Tourist" for more than a month. On March 17, the production in Venice was wrapped earlier because there were too many fans gathering around the location. Beside set in Italy, the film has also been shot in Paris, France.
In the remake of 2005 French film entitled "Anthony Zimmer", Jolie plays an Interpol agent who locates a criminal with whom she once had an affair. Depp, in the meantime, is an American tourist who is used by the female Interpol agent as a dupe to reach her goal. This thriller has Florian Henckel von Donnersmarck serving behind the lens and is set for 2011 release schedule.
