'Shrek Forever After' Unleashes New Posters

AceShowbiz - "Shrek Forever After" has got another preview as DreamWorks has launched two new posters via Yahoo! Movies. Highlighting the problem that is faced by Shrek in the upcoming film, one of the images captures the ogre behind the bars. The other one-sheet, meanwhile, features the one with whom Shrek has to deal, Rumpelstiltskin.

Said to be the last installment from the franchise, "Shrek Forever After" will follow Shrek who ends up as a domesticated family man. Longing for the days when he felt like a "real ogre", he is tricked into signing a pact with the smooth-talking dealmaker, Rumpelstiltskin.

He suddenly finds himself in a twisted, alternate version of Far Far Away, where ogres are hunted, Rumpelstiltskin is king and Shrek and Fiona have never met. Now, it's up to Shrek to undo all he's done in the hopes of saving his friends, restoring his world and reclaiming his one true love and family.

The film will hear familiar voice from Mike Myers and Cameron Diaz who are additionally joined by Kathy Griffin, Kristin Schaal, Jon Hamm and many others among the cast ensemble. Directed by Mike Mitchell, the 3-D animation will entertain audience in the U.S. starting May 21.
