Michael Buble, Drake and Justin Bieber Score Multiple Nominations at Juno Awards

Beside landing multiple nods, the three Canadian artists are also billed to rock the event alongside Billy Talent and other singers.

Nominees for the 39th Annual Juno Awards have been announced on March 3 at a media conference held at The Fairmont Royal York Hotel in Toronto, ON. Appearing on the list with multiple nods are jazz singer , rapper and teen pop singing sensation .

Michael receives six gongs, one which is for Fan Choice Award along with Ginette Reno, Johnny Reid, Maxime Landry and . His name also pops up as one of the contenders for Single of the Year alongside , , Drake and The Magical Hip.

The "Haven't Met You Yet" singer is, furthermore, vying for Album of the Year, facing off , Johnny Reid as well as Justin Bieber and once again competing against Billy Talent. He accepts his three other nods for Artist of the Year, Songwriter of the Year and Pop Album of the Year. In the latest category, he is competing against Justin Bieber again.

Drake gets four nominations. In addition to competing for Single of the Year with Michael, he also has chances to walk home with a statuette for New Artist of the Year, going head-to-head with Danny Fernandes, and as well as Justin Bieber who completes his three nods in this category. On top of that, the rapper accepts double nominations in Rap Recording of the Year, thanks to Big Page's "Still Fly" and his own record "".

Other nominees are , , , and all of whom are up against each other for International Album of the Year.

This year, Juno Awards will take place at the Mile One Centre in St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador on Sunday, April 18. One day prior, a gala dinner to announce the winners will be conducted at St. John's Convention Centre.
