Ben Linus-centric, the episode may be the last people will see of the man who brought deaths to many.

AceShowbiz - Ben Linus will be put under the spotlight in the next "Lost". In the preview, the narrator said that the man who had brought deaths to so many will face his own demise. There's a scene where he digs a grave and him lying down close to the ground.
A clip from the episode titled "Dr. Linus" has also been released. Ben escapes from the temple where he witnessed Dogen being killed by a dagger. Upon running away from the scene he stumbled upon Ilana and the gang. "Dr. Linus" airs on March 9.
In an interview with E! late last month, Michael Emerson who plays Ben said that this episode may be the last fans will see of him. He said, "You'll see the biggest Ben episode ever in the next two weeks. It's a big one, and it may be the last one of the Ben episodes... It's worth watching."
