Report: Janet Jackson Finally Agrees to Jackson Five Reunion
Music

The singer's brother Jermaine Jackson has successfully convinced her to join the tour which is scheduled to be kicked off later this year.

Constantly rejecting a Jackson Five reunion, Janet Jackson reportedly finally succumbs to the idea for Michael Jackson's sake. Her brother Jermaine Jackson said he had talked to the youngest Jackson sibling and she said yes. He said, "We had a conference call and Janet has agreed to join us on tour."

Since late 2007, Jermaine constantly pursued his brothers, including the late Michael Jackson when he was alive, to reform and embark on a world tour which was supposed to be kicked off two years ago. Michael, like Janet, was not amused with the idea for he was preparing his own world tour last year.

Speaking about Michael's possibility of joining the tour back in 2008, Janet said "I know it's been kind of tough for Mike. Maybe he just wants to continue to be a solo artist and if that's what he wants, you have to respect his wishes. But what an impact it (a reunion) would have on the world. (I'd) be the first in line to buy a ticket."
