William Wisher, who once worked with James Cameron for the first two 'Terminator' movies, has penned 24-page film treatment for the fifth film, and a 4-page concept outline for 'Terminator 6'.

AceShowbiz - Now that Pacificor has landed the rights to "Terminator" franchise, it is time to talk about the future of the next film. Before being asked, William Wisher apparently has worked on the writing for "Terminator 5" as well as "Terminator 6". Deadline Hollywood which recently met the filmmaker had a chance to read a detailed 24-page treatment for the fifth film, and a 4-page concept outline for the sixth one.

According to the site, Wisher's ideas take place in a post-apocalyptic battleground. He also turns the story back to the core characters so he factors in an element of time travel that allows for Sarah Connor and Kyle Reese to interact. The scribe, who worked with James Cameron in "The Terminator" and "Terminator 2: Judgment Day", also plans a role for Arnold Schwarzenegger that is as suprising as his swift from villain in the first film to John Connor's bodyguard in the second one.

Moreover, the ideas penned by Wisher feature several new villains and plenty of firepower. Meanwhile, Skynet is described releasing fresh assembly line which includes new shape-shifting cyborgs that can morph together in Transformers-like mode. Those will be concluded with "a 6-picture struggle between Skynet's machines and John and Sarah Connor to preserve a future that allows mankind to prevail over the machines," so Deadline Hollywood mentioned.

Previously, McG has revealed his plan to make two "Terminator" sequels following 2009 "Terminator Salvation". At that time, the helmer of the fourth film said the issue of Kate Connor's pregnancy will be explored in the next sequels. "[In the next sequel,] we also study the genesis of Marcus, the coming of time travel and the fate of John Connor himself," he further told MTV in 2009.
