Not only 'Deathly Hallows: Part I' which will get 3-D treatment, but also 'Clash of Titans' will be converted into 3-D film and thus its release date is pushed back.

AceShowbiz - Following news from The Hollywood Reporter that Warner Bros. Pictures will make two parts of "Deathly Hallows" to be 3-D films, the studio has just confirmed that "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part I" is indeed to be released in 3-D. The studio reportedly has also planned to apply the same technology to "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part II" though they have yet to acknowledge it.

Additionally, Warner Bros. has announced that "Clash of the Titans" will also get 3-D treatment. To accommodate the conversion, the film's release is pushed back from its original slot of March 26 to April 2. "We are confident in the constantly evolving 3D technology, and the results for 'Clash Of The Titans' will be presented onscreen with the highest quality images available today," Warner Bros' president of domestic distribution Dan Fellman said about their plan.

Other upcoming films from Warner Bros. Pictures which will be released in 3-D include Brad Peyton-directed comedy "Cats & Dogs: The Revenge of Kitty Galore" which is set for July 30 release in the U.S. and Zack Snyder's animation "Guardians of Ga'Hoole" which will hit U.S. theaters on September 24.

Serving as the final chapter of the "Harry Potter" film series, "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows" will follow Harry Potter, Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger who leave Hogwarts behind and set out to find and destroy the Horcruxes-the secret to Voldemort's power and immortality. The first part is set to be released in both U.S. and U.K. on November 19, while the second part is due for July 15, 2011 release.

Meanwhile, "Clash of the Titans" centers its story on Sam Worthington's Perseus. Helpless to save his family from Hades, he volunteers to lead a mission to defeat the vengeful god of the underworld before Hades can seize power from Zeus and unleash hell on earth.
