Music Video for 'We Are the World' Remake Is Filmed in 3-D

The video for 'We Are the World' remix which opening line will be sung by Justin Bieber is going to be premiered next week.

AceShowbiz - While recording session for "We Are the World" is kicked off, filming for its accompanying music video has also been underway. According to MTV, the video is shot in 3-D and will be premiered next week, February 12.

The re-worked song will be produced by Quincy Jones along with RedOne. The opening line which was originally provided by its co-writer Lionel Richie will be sung by YouTube singing sensation Justin Bieber.

"We Are the World" is remixed to benefit the victims of Haitian earthquake. A number of big names including Nick Jonas, LL Cool J, Robin Thicke, Akon, Rob Thomas, Wyclef Jean, Jeff Bridges, Vince Vaughn and Barbra Streisand are involved.

When the recording session for the track began, some musicians took it to their Twitter to share their experience. "Singing We Are The World right now with Celine Dion next to me!! Everyone is here!! I'm meeting everyone!! This is insane! Ok ok chill," Justin wrote.

Then, Toni Braxton posted on her own page, "I am REALLY enjoying myself at the studio recording We Are The World with soo many talented singers!!! What an honor!!!" Joel Madden also tweeted, "We are the world was great. Nice work Lionel, Quincy, and RedOne. Highlights: Kanye [West] hanging with Harlow, and meeting Daft Punk."

"More highlights: Carlos Santana and Brian Wilson singing next to me. Among many many others. Everyone was really cool today," the Good Charlotte's member continued. "Also @Pink needs to watch out cause harlow was flirting with @hartluck [Carey Hart] she really warmed up to him. She was asking for him when we left."

Another singer who shared with fans about the experience of involved in the star-studded project was Jordin Sparks. She wrote, "Being apart of the We Are The World remake is such an honor. So much talent together for a great cause. I will never forget tonight."
