Additionally, Bryan Singer reveals this upcoming 'X-Men' movie will supersede the film about the super-powered villain.

AceShowbiz - Bryan Singer has shared some information about the idea of his upcoming movie project "X-Men: First Class". Speaking to The Hollywood Reporter on the phone, the helmer has revealed that the next installment of "X-Men" film franchise will include some parts of "Magneto" story and might supersede the film about the super-powered villain.

"This story would probably utilize some of the Magneto story because it deals with a young Magneto," he stated. Singer then went on explaining, "It might supersede that because this would explore that relationship between a young energetic professor [Xavier] and a disenfranchised victim of the Holocaust."

Previously, Singer has told Variety that "First Class" will revolve around "the formative years of Xavier and Magneto, and the formation of the school and where their relationship took a wrong turn". Moreover, the filmmaker teased, "There is a romantic element, and some of the mutants from 'X-Men' will figure into the plot, though I don't want to say which ones. There will be a lot of new mutants and a great villain."

Bryan Singer first confirmed his involvement in "X-Men: First Class" on December 16 while attending "Avatar" premiere in Los Angeles. A day later, it was known that 20th Century Fox has hired Jamie Moss to replace Josh Schwartz as the scribe. Meanwhile, Lauren Shuler Donner and Simon Kinberg are set to produce this sci-fi movie.
