A representative of her said that the report about Patridge giving her stamp of approval to return to season 6 is not quite accurate.

AceShowbiz - It looks like Audrina Patridge is more committed to her own show than to the one that feeds her. There is a report that the reality star is not a hundred percent back to "The Hills" because negotiations for her to come back in the sixth season are still undergoing
A representative of Patridge told Us Magazine that there has been no such deal signed between his client and MTV. "Audrina is still in discussions with MTV about Season 6 of The Hills," the rep said. "There is not a firm deal in place. She is set to begin filming the pilot episode of her new show next week, in Los Angeles."
"Hills" has been renewed earlier this week despite a decline in rating since Lauren Conrad was replaced by Kristin Cavallari. At that time, Patridge was said a locked-in for the new season although she didn't get along well with Cavallari.
Audrina Patridge herself had uttered her intention to "graduate" from the show, saying "I'm moving on. At times, I feel like I'm in high school, but I didn't even go through this stuff in high school." Speaking of her new but not-yet-titled show, Patridge said "Basically it's going to be me outside of The Hills bubble."
Patridge would not exclude a crossover between her show and "Hills" but there is also a possibility that she would star in both shows.
