Listed as one of the Most Fascinating People this year, the singer is bound to talk about it with the ladies of the talk show in a pre-taped appearance.

AceShowbiz - ABC is not totally shutting down Adam Lambert after all. The singer has personally announced that he would be appearing on "The View", tweeting "Hey friends! I will be performing and hanging w the ladies of ABC's The View Thursday the 10th!"

During the visit, Lambert will be both performing and sitting down with the ladies for an interview. He will talk about the inclusion of him in Barbara Walters' "Most Fascinating People" which airs a day before "The View". Unlike American Music Awards which sparked the first conflict between Lambert and ABC though, Lambert's appearance will be pre-taped.

Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation which has been on Lambert's back since ABC canceled a couple of his scheduled gigs, issued their third statement that expressed satisfaction. "ABC has taken a step towards fairness by inviting Adam Lambert to perform on 'The View'," said Jarrett Barrios, President of the organization. "GLAAD has been advocating against the double standards that have been applied to Lambert as an openly gay performer. We thank community members and allies for voicing their concerns with ABC so that entertainers like Adam have the opportunity to be broadcast into living rooms across America."

Beside "The View", Adam Lambert is heading to NBC for an appearance on "The Jay Leno Show" on December 21.
