Rumor debunked, a representative for Universal Music Group says Lindsay Lohan is not leaving Casablanca Records.

AceShowbiz - Rumor suggesting that Lindsay Lohan has been dropped by her record label, Casablanca, has been denied. To Gossip Cop, a representative for Universal Music Group, the parent company of Casablanca, called the report as "not true" at all.

Lindsay's rumored departure from Casablanca was first brought forward by Fox411 who claimed recording sessions for the singer's new album have been suspended. The publication also stated that her professional relationship with the company has been put on hold.

After coming out with "A Little More Personal (Raw)" in 2005, Lindsay Lohan hinted about a new album in May 2008 by releasing a single called "Bossy" which is co-written by Ne-Yo and Stargate. A few months later however, she backed out from finishing the album because she got too much pressure resulting from double duties of shooting movies and recording music. Weeks prior to her rumored exit from Casablanca, she tweeted about returning to studio and finishing what is undone.
