'Saw VI' Offers New Footage Through a Jigsaw's Puzzle

Solve the puzzle to uncover a brand new sneak peek at the sixth installment of the horror thriller series.

A brand new promo video from "" has been offered in the movie's official site, but there is a catch. To watch the video, one should first solve the latest puzzle presented by Jigsaw before the 30-second time provided runs out. The sneak peek reveals several never-before-seen footage from this six installment of the "" franchise.

Days earlier, Jigzaw has come under the spotlight in the brand new featurette. The compilation of snippet features , the actor who takes the role since the first "Saw" in 2004, revealing that the movie will offer explanation on why the wicked character created the deadly games.

This sixth installment of the "Saw" series uncovers that Special Agent Strahm is dead, and Detective Hoffman has emerged as the unchallenged successor to Jigsaw's legacy. However, when the FBI draws closer to Hoffman, he is forced to set a game into motion, and Jigsaw's grand scheme is finally understood.

"" editor Kevin Greutert takes over the directing part of "Saw VI" from "" helmer David Hackl. Screenwriter duo Marcus Dunstan and Patrick Melton return to pen the script. , Mark Rolston, , Costas Mandylor and James Van Patten are among the cast ensemble. The movie will open wide in the U.S. on October 23.
