AceShowbiz - Fans of Miley Cyrus are quick to launch an online campaign to get her re-activating her Twitter account soon after report emerged that the Disney star has quit the popular social networking site. The fans-organized online campaign, dubbed "mileycomeback", has become one of the most popular topics on the site by Thursday, October 8.
Miley Cyrus was one of the popular people on Twitter. The 16-year-old star has more than 1.1 million followers. However, on Wednesday, October 7, she abruptly quit Twitter, leaving her fans puzzled as she provided no single explanation to that.
One of her latest posts, in fact, indicated that she shut down her Twitter account upon being requested by her rumored boyfriend Liam Hemsworth. "FYI Liam doesn't have a twitter and he wants ME to delete mine with good reason," she tweeted.
And while Miley's camp is yet to comment on her deleting her Twitter account, her singer father Billy Ray Cyrus has tweeted about the matter, writing "Miley. You are a light in a world of darkness. You were born "Destiny Hope Cyrus" for a reason.You can't leave everyone now.We r countin on u".
