A brand new sneak peek at 'Percy Jackson and the Olympians: The Lightning Thief' offers a look at Pierce Brosnan, Rosario Dawson, Steve Coogan and Sean Bean.

AceShowbiz - Another teaser trailer for "Percy Jackson & the Olympians: The Lightning Thief" has been making its rounds. This promo video comes from the now-available "X-Men Origins: Wolverine" DVD. Although the second half is dominated by footage from the first teaser, the first half offers more never-before-seen footage.
Instead of focusing only on Logan Lerman's Percy Jackson and his adventure, this new sneak peek gives out first look at other characters. Rosario Dawson's Persephone, Steve Coogan's Hades, Sean Bean's Zeus and Pierce Brosnan's Chiron are among those unraveled in the teaser.
Adapted from Rick Riordan's first novel in the "Percy Jackson & The Olympians" series, "The Lightning Thief" centers its story on 12-year-old Percy. Discovering that he is the half-human son of the god of the sea Poseidon, he learns that the legendary beings of Greek mythology still exist in Mount Olympus which is located on the mythical 600th floor of the Empire State Building.
But, being one of the "Big Three" children, he is frequently put under attack by monsters. Now, he goes on an adventure of a lifetime as he embarks on a journey across modern-day America to save his mother, return Zeus' stolen lightning bolt, and prevent a war between the gods. Kevin McKidd, Uma Thurman and Catherine Keener are in supporting roles. Coming from "Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets" helmer Chris Columbus, it is slated for February 12, 2010.
