Movie

In his desperate attempt to get a parole, convicted arsonist Edward Norton uses Milla Jovovich, his beautiful wife, to manipulate Robert De Niro.

AceShowbiz - Rope of Silicon has got a hold of a promo trailer for psychological thriller "Stone" and made it available for viewing pleasure. A little more than two minutes long, this not-safe-for-work sneak peek exposes the complex relationship among the three major characters starred by Edward Norton, Milla Jovovich and Robert De Niro.

In this crime drama movie, Norton takes on the role of a ruthless convict who is desperately trying to gain parole. A convicted arsonist, he enlists the help of his beautiful wife, carried out by Jovovich, to manipulate his correction officer, portrayed by De Niro, and entrap the lawman in a series of deadly psychological games.

Scheduled to be released in U.S. theaters sometime in 2010, "Stone" comes from the director of "The Painted Veil", John Curran. It is adapted from Curran's original play by scribe Angus MacLachlan. The movie will be Norton and De Niro's second project together. Their first one was for 2001's heist thriller "The Score".
