'Ninja Assassin' Unleashes an Action-Packed Clip
Movie

Chased by a group of ninja trying to silence him down, bloodied Rain is fighting for his dear life in the heat of oncoming traffic.

AceShowbiz - The first full clip from the much-anticipated "Ninja Assassin" has been brought forth by MTV. Around one minute long, the snippet is filled with action sequences, which include sword fight in the middle of oncoming traffic, and filled with impressive stunts. It captures Rain's Raizo as he is trying to make his escape from the gang of ninja sent to kill him.

Beside the clip, MTV also presented the Q&A session with the Korean pop star during its "Behind the Screen" special, where he answered questions from MTV readers. Asked about the injuries he suffered from the filming, he said, "I have lots of cuts on my body. When I was doing a stunt, even though everyone took care of me, I still got hurt a lot."

Among several other questions, he also addressed the hardest part for this movie role. "The diet was the hardest part. I ate chicken breast for eight months with vegetables," he said. "That was terrible. No sugar. No salt. I don't want to eat chicken breast anymore. I like junk food, French fries, hamburgers - I love it."

"Ninja Assassin" centers its story on Raizo, one of the deadliest trained assassins in the world. When he discovers that the organization raising him, the Ozunu Clan, is merciless, he breaks out of it to avenge his friend's death. One day, his path crosses Europol agent Mika Coretti who is investigating the Clan for political murder. Now, the two have to work together to reach their goal, destroying Ozunu Clan.

Filmed in Berlin, Germany, the action adventure movie is produced by Joel Silver and the Wachowski brothers. It features the likes of Naomie Harris, Ben Miles, Sho Kosugi and Rick Yune in addition to Rain. Warner Bros. Pictures planned to release this film late this year on November 25.
