'Eclipse' Shooting Disturbed by Noisy Planes

Praising Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart's performances, 'The Twilight Saga's Eclipse' director David Slade shares on the film's shooting experience.

AceShowbiz - The principal photography of "The Twilight Saga's Eclipse" has been kicked off on August 17, and director David Slade has provided update by sharing the annoyance he faced during filming. Taking it to his Twitter, the filmmaker behind the third "Twilight Saga" series revealed that while filming with Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart, he got frustrated with "noisy planes overhead".

"Shot with Rob and Kristen today, both gave great performances," Slade first started his tweet with praise for both of the leading actors. In the post dated Monday, August 24, the 39-year-old British filmmaker furthermore added, "Lots of frustrating noisy planes overhead but beautiful scene regardless."

"The Twilight Saga's Eclipse" is an adaptation of the third novel from Stephenie Meyer's "Twilight" series. Knowing that her decision has the potential to ignite the ageless struggle between vampire and werewolf, Bella Swan once again finds herself surrounded by danger while she is forced to choose between her love for Edward and her friendship with Jacob in this movie.

Bryce Dallas Howard takes over Victoria from Rachelle Lefevre, Xavier Samuel plays Riley, Catalina Sandino Moreno stars as Maria, and Jack Huston is picked up to portray Rosalie's former fiance, Royce King II. Familiar faces returning include Ashley Greene, Kellan Lutz, Nikki Reed, Jackson Rathbone and Billy Burke. The vampire drama is scheduled for a U.S. release on June 30, 2010.
