The Killers' Frontman Brandon Flowers Confirms Birth of Second Son

AceShowbiz - Brandon Flowers, the frontman and keyboardist of rock band The Killers, has welcomed the arrival of his second son last week. He announced the news on Sunday, August 9, confirming that his wife Tana Brooke Mundkowsky already gave birth to a baby boy named Gunner. Speaking to the Kramp and Adler radio show shortly before taking the stage at Lollapalooza in Chicago, he explained the chosen name, stating "[Gunner] is a tough name. I had to have something that combats against the Flowers."

And while there has been no further detail being revealed about the newborn baby boy, a representative for The Killers, Jen Appel, has confirmed "Both baby and parents are healthy and happy." Gunner joins older brother Ammon Richard Flowers, who was born on July 14, 2007.

Brandon Flowers and Tana Brooke Mundkowsky were longtime lovers before they tied the knot on August 2, 2005. Tana's second pregnancy was announced in late May.
