Drake reportedly twists his already-injured knee when he did a spin move during a duet performance with Lil Wayne.

AceShowbiz - Drake fell during an on-stage performance in Camden, NJ when he performed for Young Money Tour. According to Miss Info as being informed by a witness named Marisa, the Canadian rapper collapsed during a duet performance with Lil Wayne for single "Best I Ever Had".

Drake tried to do a spin move during the set, but his already-injured knee was accidentally twisted and that made him collapse on-stage. "He put his head down because he was in so much pain and then 4 guys ran out on the stage and had to carry him off," Miss Info detailed the accident.

Shortly after Drake was off the stage, Weezy reportedly told the crowd, "Damn, I knew that n****'s knee was bad, but I didn't know it was that bad! I thought he was just in a wheelchair on T.V." He then took over the whole set, starting with "Mrs. Officer" alongside Shanell and T. Streets and continued with "Every Girl in the World".

While Weezy still entertained concertgoers, Drake was said being examined by paramedics at the backstage. Up to date, it is still unclear how the rapper's condition is.

Drake actually didn't get any approval from his doctor when he decided to go on tour with Young Jeezy, Soulja Boy, Jeremih and Lil Wayne due to his injured knee. At that time however, Drake promised to avoid any further injury. "I'm not doing my own set," he told MTV. "That's one thing I have to apologize to my fans about. It's too much of a risk, if I hit that wrong turn [doing] 30 minutes every night. If I tear my ACL again, the doctors say I might not be able to walk again. I have to be cautious."

Young Money Tour itself has been kicked off on July 27 at Toyota Pavilion in Scranton, PA. The gig will then be wrapped up on August 23 at Superpages.com Center in Dallas.
