'We want to do a mash-up of [both 'Paranoid' songs],' Nick Jonas says of Jonas Brothers' desire to mix their single with Kanye West's.

AceShowbiz - Jonas Brothers recently opened up to MTV that they want to do a remix for their new single "Paranoid" with Kanye West's song of the same name. "We want to do a mash-up of [both 'Paranoid' songs]," Nick Jonas said. "So, if [Kanye]'s watching, I think it'd be awesome!"

On the reason behind their idea, Kevin Jonas shared their hopes of gaining some new fans. "Some guy heard [Kanye] did the song and wanted to download it and heard [our version] and never heard of the Jonas Brothers before," Kevin explained. "And now he's bringing his family to the show. ... I made that completely up. That didn't happen!"

Jonas Brothers' "Paranoid" has been outed since May. Its music video was directed by The Malloys and features Nick, Kevin and Joe Jonas finding themselves in unusual circumstances. Meanwhile, Kanye West's was dropped in March with Rihanna-featuring music video being debuted earlier this month.

In another interview with MTV, Jonas Brothers talked about their duet project with rapper Common. "We have Common on one song called 'Don't Charge Me With the Crime,' which is one of my favorite songs. It's a story song," Kevin stated. "It didn't really happen to us. But it's definitely fun to have him on the track."

Jonas Brothers have just released their fourth studio effort "Lines, Vines and Trying Times" across U.S. on June 16. Aside from collaborating with Common, they will also team up with Miley Cyrus and Jonny Lang on the new album.
