The brand new promo trailer of Charles Darwin's biopic, 'Creation', gives out the first look at Paul Bettany as Charles and Jennifer Connelly as his wife, Emma.

AceShowbiz - A look into "Creation" has been shared through the film's newly-released promo trailer. Less than two minutes long, the trailer is debuted by The Telegraph and explores Charles Darwin's struggle between faith and reason. It gives out the first look at Paul Bettany as Charles, Jennifer Connelly as his wife, Emma, and Toby Jones as Thomas Huxley among others.
Based on Randal Keynes' book "Annie's Box: Darwin, His Daughter, and Human Evolution", the movie follows Darwin as a young, vibrant father, husband and friend whose mental and physical health gradually buckles under the weight of guilt and grief for a lost child. Torn between his love for his deeply religious wife and his own growing belief in a world where God has no place, he created the book that changed the world.
From the director of 1999's "Entrapment", Jon Amiel, comes this part ghost story, part psychological thriller and part heart-wrenching love story, "Creation". In addition to Paul Bettany, Jennifer Connelly and Toby Jones, it also sees Jeremy Northam as Reverend Innes and Benedict Cumberbatch as Joseph Dalton Hooker. Scripted by "Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World" scribe John Collee, the movie will be released in the U.K. on September 25.
