Previously in denial that he and Paris Hilton have called it quits, Doug Reinhardt has finally broken his silence on the mounting talks of him being dumped by the hotel heiress without being noticed. He releases a statement through a representative that is quoted by TMZ as read, "Doug refuses to take part of this ridiculous media circus. He wishes Paris and all of her future boyfriends the best of luck."

Paris Hilton set tongue wagging when she announced through her representative on Wednesday, June 10 that he and Doug Reinhardt were no longer together. "In response to the inquiry on whether Paris Hilton has split up with Doug Reinhardt, yes, this is true they are no longer together," the representative told People exclusively. When Doug was asked if he broke up with Paris, he insisted "No, that's not true. Everything is OK between us."

On the same day she made the shocking split announcement, Paris was snapped hooking up with soccer stud Cristiano Ronaldo. They were reported making out at swanky L.A. nightclub MyHouse. Doug himself doesn't make comment on the matter just yet.

In companion with the news, TMZ also cites several sources close to Doug as claiming, "Contrary to reports, Paris is begging him to take her back, she made a mistake and loves him 100|percent|." Doug also has not yet commented on the claim.
