To make it fair and square, the execs of 'I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here!' will let the other 9 contestants decide whether Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag should be welcomed back to the game.

AceShowbiz - Creating antics by quitting and returning to "I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here!", Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag are finding their way back to the show for the third time. Latest from the developing story, the couple is begging NBC to take them back but the network is letting the other fellow contestants to determine whether they can stay or not.

The decision will, in fact, be made into an episode airing Wednesday, June 4. "Live tonight: Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt return to the jungle after quitting Monday night - the remaining cast members determine their fate if they are welcome back in the competition," the statement from the network is read.

Also providing confirming statement was NBC reality programming chief Paul Telegdy who told Ryan Seacrest on Wednesday that "there'll probably have to be some kind of penalty for what's effectively a break in the rules, which is leaving the camp."

Meanwhile, Daniel Baldwin and Holly Montag were already on the flight to Costa Rica when Speidi were trying to head back to America. Since the couple demands a return, changes were bound to happen. Paul could confirm that Daniel is indeed included, but didn't mention anything about Holly.

Daniel's arrival was designed as a surprise for brother Stephen Baldwin who is already a contestant on the show. "I think that there's some interesting sibling rivalries potentially building in the jungle," Paul elaborated. "Last night Stephen's long lost brother Daniel Baldwin arrived in the camp. The rest of the camp was absolutely delighted to see a new member in the camp but Stephen didn't budge an inch and there was a certain amount of electricity."
