Jonas Brothers Postpone Mexican Concerts Due to Swine Flu

Jonas Brothers have postponed their scheduled shows in Mexico from mid May to the end of July due to H1N1 (swine) flu issue.

AceShowbiz - Jonas Brothers have decided to postpone their two live gigs in Mexico because of H1N1 (swine) flu issue in the country, it has been confirmed. They were supposed to perform at Arena Monterrey on May 17. But, they were forced to re-schedule the shows for July 31 performance to avoid "parents and families any concern over their children attending the concerts."

"The Jonas Brothers want to thank all their fans in Mexico for their support and dedication," so the band's camp announces. "However, due to health concerns around the country resulting from the outbreak of the H1N1 flu, their 2 concerts in Monterrey, Mexico on May 17 have been postponed to July 31, 2009."

"All tickets purchased for May 17 will be honored on this new date. There will still be both afternoon and evening shows on this new date. Any fans unable to attend the rescheduled shows may receive refunds at the Arena Box Office beginning next Wednesday, May 13."

In related news, Jonas Brothers have showcased their new song "Paranoid" live for the first time during a concert in the Bahamas on May 9. They will then head up to Peru and several other countries in Europe before invading America on June 20 and return to Europe in late October.
