In 'Here's to Future Days' and 'Now or Never', friends are anxiously waiting for Izzie's recovery from surgery while George gives a shocking news.

AceShowbiz - Thursday, May 14 will be the two-hour finale event of "Grey's Anatomy". After spending time with a fellow cancer patient, Izzie contemplates whether or not to move forward with a risky surgery, and George delivers some stunning news that sends shockwaves through the hospital.
In the first part "Here's to Future Days" that airs 9/8c, Izzie spends time with a fellow cancer patient and contemplates whether or not to undergo a risky surgery, as Mark is ready to take his relationship with Lexie to the next level and a patient makes Owen reassess his place at Seattle Grace.
Airing right after that at 10/9c is "Now or Never". George delivers stunning news to Bailey, sending shockwaves throughout the hospital, and Izzie's friends anxiously await her recovery from surgery. Meanwhile Bailey is surprisingly displeased after being accepted into the pediatric fellowship program, and the victim of a near-fatal traffic accident brings the talents of Seattle Grace's doctors together.
As of what to be expected from the finale before it returns for a sixth season, Chandra Wilson shared to E! Online, " ...we do ultimately find out what (happens with) George -he does make a big decision in that episode. Izzie has a lot of medical (issues) in that episode. And then we have our normal ER catastrophe that goes on. It's got to be something bad going on where all the doctors have to assemble. That much I know."
