'Twilight' actress Ashley Greene revealed in an interview that the shooting of 'The Twilight Saga's New Moon' is halfway done in addition to sharing bits of details on the future filming in Italy.

AceShowbiz - Reprising her "Twilight" role as Alice Cullen for "The Twilight Saga's New Moon", Ashley Greene has recently given an update of the upcoming vampire drama sequel. In an interview with Access Hollywood, the 21-year-old opened up that the shooting for "New Moon" is halfway done and also talked about the next shooting in Italy.

While she didn't share much on the halfway shooting, Greene did spill the bean on the upcoming shooting in new location. "We're going to Italy at the end of May," she said of the Italy filming at an event for DonateMyDress.org. "I think we're only there for five days, but I'm super excited. I haven't been before, so it's going to be really fun!"

As for her part this time around, she revealed that she gets the chance to get behind the wheel of some fancy cars and is crossing fingers to be able to drive Porsche. "I haven't driven the Porsche yet. We weren't sure if they were going to let me it or not," she recalled. "But, they let me drive a Mercedes in a scene that we did last week." She then added proudly, "I did a really good job, I didn't hit anything! Although, I think they removed mailboxes...just in case!"

"The Twilight Saga's New Moon" will be directed by "The Golden Compass" helmer Chris Weitz using the script penned by "Twilight" screenwriter Melissa Rosenberg. Centering on the personal conflict Bella experiences following Edward Cullen's abrupt departure, it will follow the mortal beauty as she finds herself drawn into the world of the werewolves, ancestral enemies of the vampires, and her loyalties tested.

Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner return to reprise their roles as Edward Cullen, Bella Swan and Jacob Black. They will be joined by many of the original cast members, including Peter Facinelli, Elizabeth Reaser, Jackson Rathbone and Nikki Reed, as well as new additions that consist of Dakota Fanning and Michael Sheen among others. "New Moon" is targeting a November 20 U.S. release.
