In the newly-released trailer of 'Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince', it can be seen that darkness has befallen upon the wizardry world as the Death Eaters return with a thirst for chaos.

AceShowbiz - Warner Bros. have officially released a new trailer for "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince". Clocking in at around two minutes and twenty seconds, the brand new trailer reels in many never-before-seen footage and is packed with tension, action and drama. Through it, a snippet of the duel between Harry and Draco is put out.

Dark scenes in which Snape stands in front of Hagrid's burning hut, Katie Bell rises into air from cursed necklace and Fenrir Greyback rampages Diagon Alley are also included in the trailer. Aside from those serious scenes, other footage like the time Ginny tells Harry to take her hand and Hermione hits Ron with her book can also be enjoyed.

In addition to the freshly-released trailer, AceShowbiz has captured a series of screen shots from the trailer. The screen shots give up a closer look at Georgina Leonidas' Katie Bell, Helen McCrory's Narcissa Malfoy, the Weasley family and muggles at The Millennium Bridge among other pictures.

Coming from the "Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix" helmer David Yates, "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince" will deal with a darker matter than previous "Harry Potter" films. In it, dark wizard Lord Voldemort has expanded his terror, even to the safest haven of all, Hogwarts. And with the threat getting even closer now, Dumbledore prepares Harry for the worst that will ultimately strike them.

The action fantasy stars Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint, Emma Watson, Michael Gambon, Alan Rickman, Tom Felton and many else. The script for David Heyman and David Barron-produced flick was provided by Steven Kloves. Meanwhile, Warner Bros. Pictures will distribute the movie in U.K. and U.S. simultaneously on July 17.
