In behind-the-scenes of 'Welcome to the World' music video, Kevin Rudolf gives fans a sneak peek into the upcoming video and comments on him being called as a rock/rap guy like Lil Wayne.

AceShowbiz - Kevin Rudolf is busy filming a music video to promote his new single "Welcome to the World". While the music video hasn't arrived just yet, a behind-the-scenes footage of the video has emerged, giving a sneak peek into the upcoming video as well as Kevin's comment on him being considered as rock/rap artist.

From the footage, it is seen that the music video is shot in a parking lot of a building. Kevin is captured wearing a black shirt matched with a black-and-white cap and singing the song with two women hitting oil drums behind him.

In addition to the sneak peek, the footage also provides a commentary from Kevin regarding people's thought of him being a rock/rap singer like Lil Wayne. He says, "I think people think I am like a rock rap guy. I am not, I am like a really organic artist, you know what I mean. I make record the way I want to. Fortunately, Cash Money support me and let me do my way. And I am just do what I do. I am not a rock rap guy ... I am just making good music. It's not about rock or rap ..."

"Welcome to the World" is the second single from Kevin Rudolf's forthcoming debut album "In the City", which has been in stores since February. Its album version features rapper Rick Ross, while its single version features rapper Kid Cudi.

In support of his first effort, Kevin has been traveling across America for a tour dubbed "Let It Rock". He will next be seen performing in Las Vegas, Dallas, Atlanta, New Orleans and other major U.S. cities until May 8.
