The star of 'Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles' was personally picked by 'CSI: Miami' casting director to be a victim with layer motives.

AceShowbiz - Now that "Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles" has wrapped up the second season and the fate is not yet determined, the actors are roaming free to do other shows. People is reporting that Brian Austin Green who plays Derek in "Terminator" is cast for a guest-starring role in "CSI: Miami".

Anthony, his role is described as "seemingly a carjacking victim but with ties to the case that could cast him in a different light." The episode where he is in "Seeing Red", will be made as the seventh season finale in May. He will start shooting for his part this week.

In the casting call, the character Anthony Greer is a white collar guy but struggling "with the look of a man who only makes minimum credit card payments". He explains to Delko and Calleigh that the reason his car showed up at a crime scene is because he was carjacked three days ago. However, later incriminating evidence proves him wrong and a smug Anthony Greer is booked as an accessory to murder.

People also quoted executive producer Ann Donahue on the casting. "Our casting director suggested [Green] to me for this role," Donahue explained. "I thought he was perfect because he can play a tough guy and also have a leading man presence. So, we are thrilled to have him in our finale!"

"Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles" had its finale last Friday, April 10 but was only watched by 3.57 million viewers. This may be a danger to the situation where there has been rumor that FOX will cancel the series.
