AceShowbiz - Josh Hartnett has been discharged from Los Angeles' Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where he's been treated since early this week for severe abdominal pain. Further details concerning his latest condition and the actual date of his hospital release are not publicly shared though.

"He has had a lot of testing," Hartnett's publicist Susan Patricola tells US Weekly of his hospital release. "They released him, and they are trying to figure out what it might be. He is fine."

Complaining of abdominal pain, Josh Hartnett was rushed to the emergency room at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles back on early Monday morning, March 30. Amidst sketchy reports regarding the film and stage actor's hospitalization, Susan Patricola told the press Hartnett "walked into an ambulance at approximately 1:45 A.M. this morning suffering from a flare-up of a gastro-intestinal problem that plagued him while he was starring in the West End of London during the production of 'Rain Man'".

At time of writing, it is not known if Hartnett's condition will affect the filming of his upcoming big screen movies, "End Zone" and "Queen of the South", both of which are expected to hit the theaters in U.S. later this year.
