Admitting to have set a wedding date with fiance David Otunga, Jennifer Hudson says she can't tell anybody about it because it's a secret.

AceShowbiz - Jennifer Hudson has set a wedding date, the former "American Idol" finalist herself has revealed. Asked by Ryan Seacrest during a pre-taped performance for a future episode of the singing competition if she has set a wedding date with fiance David Otunga, Jennifer replied, "Yeah, but it's a secret. I can't tell anybody."
Jennifer Hudson, who besides singing also has an acting career, got engaged to actor boyfriend David Otunga during her 27th birthday in September 2008. He reportedly presented her with a Neil Lane diamond ring when proposing. Planning to wed in the same year, Jennifer and David were forced to postpone their big day after Jennifer's mother, brother, and nephew were murdered back in October 2008.
Avoiding the media spotlight following the tragic incident, Jennifer made her first public performance, singing "Star-Spangled Banner", at Super Bowl XLIII pre-game party on February 1. Since that time she has made several other public performances at numerous events.
