Commenting on the possibility of Ciaran Hinds portraying Albus Dumbledore's brother, Aberforth, in 'Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows', his reps reportedly utter expectations and hopes for it.

AceShowbiz - There is a big chance that Ciaran Hinds ends up playing Aberforth Dumbledore in "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows". Reporting the matter was The Leaky Cauldron, which claimed that the actor's representatives have expressed expectations and hopes of Hinds landing the role of this helpful Order of the Phoenix member.
If 56-year-old Hinds indeed nabs this Albus Dumbledore's brother, he will replace Jim McManus, who appeared briefly as Aberforth in "Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix". While breaking out this casting possibility to the surface, The Leaky Cauldron still noted that Warner Bros. have yet to give any comment on the story.
Ciaran Hinds is an IFTA-winning actor. He has appeared in a number of feature films, including "Lara Croft Tomb Raider: The Cradle of Life", "Miami Vice", "The Nativity Story" and "There Will Be Blood". He recently lent his voice to Botticelli for "The Tale of Despereaux" and starred as Major Henry Burke in "Race to Witch Mountain".
On another casting report, The Leaky Cauldron also came up with update news about Nick Moran. It suggested that the "Lock, Stock, and Two Smoking Barrels" actor will be starring as Scabior, one of the Snatchers who works with Greyback in the events at Malfoy Manor.
A follow-up movie for the highly-anticipated "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince", "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows" is the adaptation from the seventh and final book of "Harry Potter" series. It will be made into two movies, "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part I" and "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part II".
David Yates will serve as the director of these last two parts, which follow Harry Potter and his loyal friends in their quest to find the scattered Horcrux and bring Lord Voldemort to his end for good. "Part I" is due for November 19, 2010 release in both U.S. and U.K., whereas "Part II" has been set for July 15, 2011 U.S. release.
