Timed at more than two minutes, the video footage presents the back story of how Christine Brown attains the evil curse in the first place, before proceeding to share the blood-pumping and hair-rising footage to be expected from the horror movie.

An original tale of a young woman's desperate quest to break an evil curse, "Drag Me to Hell" revolves around ambitious L.A. loan officer Christine Brown. Having a charming boyfriend and a rising career, life is good for Christine, that is until mysterious Mrs. Ganush arrives at the bank, begging Christine for an extension on her home loan. When she chooses to impress her boss for a chance at promotion rather than help the old lady, Christine learns the hard way the harsh effect of embarrassing Mrs. Ganush.

The movie marks the return of director Sam Raimi to the horror genre. It stars Alison Lohman as Christine Brown and Lorna Raver as Mrs. Ganush. The two are joined by Justin Long, Jessica Lucas and Dileep Rao among others in the cast ensemble. Universal Pictures will distribute this film in theaters in the U.S. on May 29.
