Universal Pictures will present a first look into Sacha Baron Cohen's upcoming comedy 'Bruno' in Austin at South by Southwest 2009, with a 20-minute screening of the movie.

AceShowbiz - Twenty minutes footage of "Bruno" will be made available at South by Southwest (SXSW) 2009. Universal Pictures have recently announced that they will hold a special screening for some of the comedy film's footage during the festival on Sunday, March 15.
The first look into the Sacha Baron Cohen-starring comedy will be presented at Fantastic Fest. Taking place at the Alamo Drafthouse Lamar in Austin, Texas, the special screening will start at 11:00 P.M. on the particular date. No badge is needed for attendance and the event is absolutely free.
Directed by Academy Award-nominated filmmaker Dan Mazer, "Bruno" is developed from one of Cohen's noted characters in comedy television series "Da Ali G Show". Taking the format of "Borat", the movie is said to highlight the interviews between the eccentric gay Austrian fashion reporter and unsuspecting guests, which allegedly include Arnold Schwarzenegger and Ben Affleck. It is set to open in U.S. theaters on July 10.
