AceShowbiz - Though MTV has announced earlier that the final trailer of "X-Men Origins: Wolverine" will be premiered on Thursday, March 5 at 12 P.M. EST, the trailer has jumped out earlier than expected. Courtesy of USA Today, the video footage manages to tease some of the never-before-seen action sequences from the other mutants, including Ryan Reynolds's Deadpool, will.i.am's Kestrel and Taylor Kitsch's Gambit.

Despite presenting several new scenes, most of the footage seen in this trailer are similar to the clips that have been shown in the previously-released 60 seconds TV spots. It opens with a footage when Logan is about to be lowered into a water tank and provides glimpses of his romance with Lynn Collins' Silver Fox.

Chronicling the events leading to "X-Men", "X-Men Origins: Wolverine" follows the story of Wolverine which centers on his epically violent and romantic past, his complex relationship with Victor Creed, and the ominous Weapon X program. Starring Hugh Jackman as the titular character, the film also features Liev Schreiber, Tim Pocock and Daniel Henney among others. The 20th Century Fox action fantasy film will be heading to U.S. theaters on May 1.
