'Street Fighter: The Legend of Chun-Li' cast members from Kristin Kreuk to Black Eyed Peas own Taboo have already given thumbs up should there be a sequel to the live-action film.

AceShowbiz - "Street Fighter: The Legend of Chun-Li" is yet to be a blockbuster hit or a box office flop, but most of the cast have expressed their willingness to return for a sequel. In an interview asking about whether or not they will come back for a second movie, stars from Kristin Kreuk to Black Eyed Peas' Taboo were quick to give thumbs up for the sequel.
"I totally would love to go in there and work on some more skills," Kreuk, the actress who plays Chun-Li said of possible sequel. "I loved training; it was so much fun." Showing similar interest, Balrog's depicter Michael Clarke Duncan went straight saying, "Absolutely," adding that people want to see the same actor for a sequel. "Because once you see a movie with these characters, you don' t want to see any other actors but them playing those characters. It's kinda hard to switch it up and say 'Now it's gonna be this guy.'"
While Taboo, who takes on razor-clawed assassin Vega, straightforwardly stated, "Hands down yes", Neal McDonough revealed the reason why he is willing to reprise his role if possible, "To work with these folks again, and Andre directed a great film. To work with Andrzej and these guys again? Absolutely."
Chris Klein, in addition, gushed, "There's no question about it." The actor who portrays Charlie Nash in the live-action adaptation further explained, "To be involved in a franchise that has such depth - and such a wonderful fan base - is such a wonderful opportunity that comes around very, very infrequently. To have an opportunity to be a part of something like that is incredible."
Based on popular Japanese video game from Capcom, "Street Fighter: The Legend of Chun-Li" centers on martial artist Chun-Li as she falls in the quest of finding justice after she found out that her father is murdered. Penned by "Voltron" scribbler Justin Marks, the film is directed by "Romeo Must Die" helmer Andrzej Bartkowiak. Shot in Bangkok, Hong Kong and Vancouver, the 20th Century Fox film will be heading into U.S. theaters on February 27.
