A busy schedule may forestall AnnaLynne McCord from securing the Heidi role in 'The Twilight Saga's New Moon' as the '90210' beauty herself confessed during the premiere of 'Fired Up'.

AceShowbiz - Despite her enthusiasm in joining the "The Twilight Saga's New Moon" cast, AnnaLynne McCord announced that she may not star as Heidi, putting the blames on her hectic schedule. The star of TV series "90210" dropped the news to OK! Magazine, saying "I am so disappointed, but it doesn't look like it is going to happen with my schedule."

While giving heads up for the possibility of her not taking the role of the seductive human-bait trap working for the Volturi clan, the 21-year-old admitted that she is still hoping that it will eventually work out. "But keep your fingers crossed for me," so she claimed at the Los Angeles premiere of "Fired Up" on Thursday, February 19. "I hope that it still does!"

Back when AnnaLynne McCord confirmed that she is indeed in talks to star as Heidi, the actress who plays Eden Lord in "Nip/Tuck" has hinted on possible problem for the deal's hold-up. "There's some scheduling conflicts, and we're trying to work that out now," she explained at the moment. "We'll see what happens with it, but hopefully - fingers crossed - it'll smooth over and we'll be able to work it out."

"The Twilight Saga's New Moon" is the official title recently given to Stephenie Meyer's adapted "New Moon". A sequel to the hit 2008 vampire drama "Twilight", the Summit Entertainment movie will follow Bella Swan as she deals with her personal conflicts following Edward Cullen's abrupt departure. Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, Taylor Lautner and other original stars are expected to join the production in mid-March in Vancouver for a November 20 U.S. release.
