How Jin survives the blast when 'Lost' wrapped up the fourth season is explained, plus the revelation of another 'the others'.

AceShowbiz - One of the biggest questions surrounding "Lost" has been unveiled through the preview that was released yesterday. Jin is alive and is making a return on the February 11 episode called "The Place is Death". Providing further details on the comeback is Daniel Dae Kim who plays Jin.
In the final episodes of the fourth season, Jin was presumably dead after the oil tanker where he was last seen blew up in the middle of the ocean. Ben however, reveals to Sun that Jin is still very much alive and that he can prove it.
In both the interview and the official podcast posted below, Daniel praised the writers for having a brilliant way of having him back. "I have to admit that I always knew that my character was not dead," Daniel said. He further talks about the fate of the character after the tanker was blown, spilling that he is picked up by French-speaking people. "I'm disoriented, and I'm dehydrated being on the water for a number of days. It's about my kind of rehabilitation and I try to communicate all over again. Yet another language."
It turns out that Jin meets the younger version of Danielle Russo ashore and their meeting plays a pivotal role to the "Lost" mythology. "It's nice to know that he now has a history in the island and not with just the people that were castaways," Daniel continued. Also explaining about the return of Jin are the creators Damon Lindelof and Carlton Cuse. They said this upcoming episode is going to explore who exactly are these 'other people'.
