AceShowbiz - Claimed as a "groundbreaking" alternative show, "Who Do You Think You Are?" has three sterling cast to open the season debut. Lisa Kudrow, Susan Sarandon and Sarah Jessica Parker are in for a journey into their ancestors' history that may have links to America's very own history.
Viewers will be taken to a celebrity quest in exploring his or her past that will uncover "stories of heroism and tragedy, love and betrayal, secrets and intrigue that lie at the heart of their family history." The celebrities will expose their emotional, personal and even mysterious encounter with their past. Additionally, the show will also expose how the lives of everyone's collective ancestors' have shaped today's world.
"This show personalizes history and turns it into a gripping narrative," said Kudrow. "The most striking thing about the show is the realization of how connected we all are." The series will start airing on NBC April 20 at 8/7c and more participating celebrities will be announced.
