Aubrey O'Day Talks Post-Leaving Danity Kane

'I'd really like to just move past 'Making the Band' and start making my own career. But you never know,' Aubrey O'Day says when talking about her future career in music.

AceShowbiz - During an interview, Aubrey O'Day opens up about what she is up to after being fired from Danity Kane. On the possibility of her coming back to "Making the Band", she tells MTV, "You never know if I'll be involved in the new season, but as of now, no."

In further statement, Aubrey notes she is, in the meantime, focusing on her own career. She says, "I'd really like to just move past 'Making the Band' and start making my own career. But you never know."

Commenting on her parting ways with Danity Kane, Aubrey admits to have been broken-hearted over it. She notes, "I'm sad. I think that Danity Kane is an amazing group and I think that we made amazing music. We had great albums."

However, Aubrey is quick to say that the decision is the best P. Diddy can do in regard of "tons that goes on behind the scenes and that's usually the part that matters most." She adds, "There's not much you can do about that situation. Puff needed to do what's best for him, and so now it's my time to do what's best for me."

Previously, Aubrey O'Day revealed she has been working on a solo studio album. When pursued further, she stated, "I'm not gonna leak anything right now, It's still really new. I'm just really making sure that it's amazing. It's really stand for what I'm before ..."
