Short Clip of Pixar's 'Up' Debuts
Movie

Explaining how he gets where he is, 8-year old Russell begs to Carl Fredricksen to let him in the flying house in a newly-released clip of Pixar's latest animation, 'Up'.

AceShowbiz - A new short clip from upcoming Pixar's animated picture, "Up", has made its way out via Disney. Picking up the interaction between grumpy old Carl Fredricksen and young adventurer Russell, the less-than-a-minute clip focuses on the time Fredricksen discovers that Russell is accidentally aboard his flying house.

Though part of this clip has been previewed on the teaser, the snippet provides more of the scene with Russell explaining how he gets on the front porch right before the house takes off. Though shocked with the situation and terrified Russell has begged him to let him in, Fredricksen is quick to reject the plea and slams shut his front door.

Directed by Pete Docter and Bob Peterson, "Up" is an animation adventure comedy about 78-year-old balloon salesman who fulfills his lifelong dream of a great adventure when he ties thousands of balloons to his house and flies away to the wilds of South America. But, his adventure is disrupted when he finds out that an unwanted guest incidentally joins the trip.

Featuring the voice talents of Edward Asner, Christopher Plummer, John Ratzenberger, Jordan Nagai and Paul Eiding, the animation movie is set for U.S. release on May 29, 2009.
