'Dragonball' Possibly Gets a New Title

The title of the big screen version of Akira Toriyama's famous Japanese manga, 'Dragonball', may be extended.

AceShowbiz - "Dragonball" could possibly get a title extension. According to Coming Soon, the 20th Century Fox may add "Evolution" to the current title of the James Wong-directed action fantasy, making it to potentially be called "Dragonball Evolution".

Providing prove to the speculation, the publication further noted that the studio has registered a domain name DragonballEvolutionMovie.com. Though Fox have yet to make an official announcement related to the potential change, it has also been said that the new title has been making its round on the studio's internal marketing memos.

Adapted from the ever-so-popular Japanese manga of the same name, "Dragonball" is produced by Stephen Chow. It features mixed theps from Hollywood to Asian actors, including Justin Chatwin, Emmy Rossum, James Marsters, Chow Yun-Fat, Eriko Tamura, Park Joon Hyung and Jamie Chung. Previously set to be having a U.S. release on April 10, 2009, this 20th Century Fox film has been pushed forward to April 8, 2009 date.
