AceShowbiz - "Arrested Development" movie is on. In a recent interview with Collider, one of the TV series actors, Jeffrey Tambor, insisted that the movie version is indeed going to be made.

"We're doing it. We are going. It's a go. Yeah, actually, just this week I talked to Mitch Hurwitz," he responded when asked about the possibility of the series being brought to big screen. "When the writer calls you, and the director and the executive producer calls you, it's a good time." He then added at the end of the interview that fans should keep their hopes up for it.

Following the story of a formerly wealthy, habitually dysfunctional family, the television version of "Arrested Development" revolves around the members of the Bluth family with the center attention on relatively honorable Michael Bluth who strives to do the right thing and keep his family together in spite of their materialism, selfishness, and manipulative natures.
