Movie

In the newly-released clip of Sean Penn-starring 'Milk', Harvey Milk is delivering his speech in front of hundreds, rallying for their supports.

AceShowbiz - While the sense of change is still thick in the air following the election of Barack Obama as the 44th President of the United States, a brand new clip of drama biopic "Milk" has been sent out by Focus Features. Highlighting the fact written in the Declaration of Independence that all men are created equal, Harvey Milk rallied for support from his fellow Americans to break down barriers and bring positive changes to the nation.

Chronicling the last eight years on the life of the first openly gay man to be voted into public office in America, "Milk" comes from Academy Award-nominated director Gus Van Sant and focuses on the later life, political career, and assassination of the San Francisco city supervisor and gay rights activist. It is filmed using the original screenplay by Dustin Lance Black.

Teaming up talented actors that include Sean Penn, James Franco, Josh Brolin, Emile Hirsch and Diego Luna, the movie produced by Dan Jinks, Bruce Cohen and Michael London is expected to be released in limited theaters across the U.S. on November 26.
