During her Wednesday edition of 'The Ellen DeGeneres Show', the talk host said that she dislikes Sarah Palin's attempt to change California's constitution on same sex marriage.

AceShowbiz - Ellen DeGeneres' fierce battle against Proposition 8 transcends to her talk show "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" on Wednesday, October 22 when she attacks Vice President nominee Sarah Palin for being pro. The openly lesbian 50-year-old delivers a message to Palin, saying that she doesn't like the idea of Palin changing the constitution.

"Vice presidential candidate Gov. Sarah Palin says she's in favor of a federal ban on gay marriage. (She) basically wants to change the constitution," DeGeneres says. "So if you're wondering - I'm sure you are - how I feel about this, I don't like it. I don't agree. Maybe it's because I'm gay that I think we should all be equal, but I feel that we're all equal."

DeGeneres who married long-time girlfriend Portia De Rossi in August this year, continued "I don't know what people are scared of. Maybe they think that their children will be influenced. I gotta say I was raised by two heterosexuals. I was surrounded by heterosexuals - just everywhere I looked, heterosexuals - and they did not influence...I mean I dabbled in high school, who didn't? Everyone dabbled, ya know?"

Delivering the punch line, Ellen said "People are gonna be who they're gonna be, and we need to learn to love them for who they are and let them love who they want to love."

On Monday, October 20, Ellen welcomed Palin's presidential rival Joe Bidden to the show upon which, Biden communicated his view on Proposition 8. The Democratic senator called Proposition 8 "regressive" and "unfair" and then said, "If I lived in California, I would clearly vote against Prop 8."
